I love making my home a comfortable, functional, beautiful place for my family to spend time, and it's a privilege to meet and work with people in our area to help them do the same. While home remodeling is exciting, the process can sometimes be pretty taxing. The mess, having unusable portions of your home, having people in your house for weeks… it’s enough to make you second guess your decision.

Education: I have a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Buena Vista University (from when it was just a college!) and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Fun Stuff: Ben and I met when we were college kids and now we have a son at DePaul University, a daughter at the University of Iowa and a son at Wartburg College. We're also pet parents to one dog and one cat, and I'm constantly on the verge of adopting another cat.

Our office is located in Historic Valley Junction in West Des Moines, an amazing neighborhood full of small businesses, unique shops and the best restaurants and bars. Much of my volunteer time is spent supporting the Historic Valley Junction Foundation where I serve as the board treasurer.
